Circular breathing is a sort of active meditation, It uses a conscious breath technique to cultivate self-awareness and the enhancement of physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being. One of the most basic benefits of this work is in building a closer relationship with your own breath. The circular breathing pattern relaxes your predictive mind and heightens your felt experience in the present, opening space for the integration of many kinds of held tensions. While this can be a deep experience, you are in charge of your breath throughout the process.
There will be time at the beginning for introductions and some words of intention. Then, we will go over the basic circular breathing pattern before setting up for a full hour of immersive breathing. At the end there will be time for sharing about the experience.
