Threshold: the place or point of entering or beginning
Every moment offers you the opportunity to begin anew – your cells are regenerating and repairing, your understandings of yourself and your world are open to examination and change, transformation and healing are within reach.  Threshold invites you to step into your next realm of wellbeing with partnership and support.

Accessibility
To enter Threshold, there are four steps with a railing outside, and three steps with no railing inside. To enter the artist studio, there is an additional flight of 13 stairs. We are not a scent-free space; essential oils are sometimes diffused. White noise and sounds machines are used throughout the space. We have one, all gender, single-occupancy bathroom. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Please note: Threshold is a fully-masked workspace. Please arrive wearing a mask and wear it throughout the duration of your time in the space, unless directly instructed to remove it by your practitioner.
