Ambrose (they/them) is a queer artist, reader, and body-oriented energy worker based in Philadelphia. They hold multiple trainings in Breathwork, Tarot, Reiki, and are currently a fourth-year student at the Institute of Core Energetics. They guide regular community breathwork sessions and teach workshops on reading tarot, breathing, and embodiment for self-connection and conscious growth.

Ambrose practices in a spirit of curiosity with consent, compassion, and non-judgment. Their work employs breathing, movement and imagination to support clients to ground in the body, release emotional blocks, recover from burn-out and restore pleasure and creativity.  Ambrose’s intention is to co-create a collaborative, safe space for mindful self-exploration so that your own intuition and wisdom can emerge.
